We utilize the latest in fiber optic tube laser cutting as a precise and efficient method for cutting various structural shapes, tubes, and pipes. Our automation gives us the capability to handle large volumes efficiently. Serving various industries, including oil/gas, aerospace, automotive, medical, and electronics and others.

Tube profile cutting for diverse applications

  • Profiles: Round, Square, Rectangle, Angle, Channel, Custom extrusions​

  • Size Range: 0.5-10.0” (Round), For everything else, anything that will fit inside a 10” diameter cross-section.

  • Material/Thickness: Mild Steel (0.4”), Stainless Steel (3/8”), Aluminum (3/8”), Copper/Brass (1/4”)

  • Quality bevel cuts of up to 45°.

Automated Cutting with Load / Unload

  • Material Weight Limitations: 27 lbs/ft (495 lbs total) per tube​

  • Raw Material Length: Up to 30 ft. tube​

  • Finished Part Length: Up to 236”

Innovative Solutions for Tube Fit-Up and Welding

We can execute design strategies that facilitate self-fixturing of tube-cut components, leading to enhanced efficiency and accuracy in subsequent fit-up and welding operations
