PROJECT SCOPE
Panelmatic reached out to Star Precision to assist with fabricating their electrical relay panels. Our role involved reverse engineering the existing design and identifying cost-effective methods of manufacturing to streamline production, ultimately delivering fully functional panels for their relay product line.
MANUFACTURING SCOPE
Star Precision managed the entire fabrication process for Panelmatic's relay panels, including customized sheet metal components tailored to each project's specifications. Beyond fabrication, our team installed the necessary hardware, performed welding, and applied high-quality powder coating. The panels were assembled and mounted on custom-built pallets, ready for delivery. Each unit was delivered turnkey, ensuring that Panelmatic received a fully functional, high-quality product that met their exact requirements.
